One of my favorite Before and Afters

By
Home Stager with Restage Inc.

This house was quite amazing - you can't tell from this shot but it was actually up for a ton of awards for the builder. It has an elevator, dream master bath, wine cellar and ton's more. I love before and after's and thought everyone might enjoy some as well.

Before

After

This was a quick shot and not totally complete...but you get the idea.

Before - Dining Room

Beautiful Room but it looked tiny.

After

If you want to see more before and after's from Restage let me know.

Thanks so much for all of your comments they're always much appreciated.

FYI - All of our furnishings are company owned and are not rented ever.

Happy New Year and we wish all of you the best in the coming year.

Thanks.

Looks pretty good.  I like the looks of a staged house, but sometimes they feel like you shouldn't be living in them.

David,

I know what you mean that's why I'm always telling clients how you live in your house and how you live in your house when your selling is completely different.

Unless of course we all had live in maids and butlers....

Thanks for your comments.

Looks good - question though. Are the dining room chairs different?  It looks like 2 have a wood frame and 2 don't but have a welted pleat across them.  Just wondering if it's me or the angle of the picture.

Kim, These rooms look so nice!! I really love the color of the living room sofa -- it looks like it's robin's egg blue.  The use of the mirror in the dining room is a good idea since the room looks quite small.

What a thrill to stage such a high end property.  The inlaid wood floors look beautiful, and your choice of furnishings is perfect.

Kim

I enjoyed seeing your before and after pictures.   I need to use this type of information to encourage my sellers to agree to have their home staged.  Thanks

Bill,

I agree - Whenever possible showing pictures instead of trying to explain with words is much more effective.

Thanks for the comments.

You guys are sure observant - Yes the chairs are slightly different, 2 of each style.

I don't like things to be to matchy and because they all have the same silk fabric it works.

I love this set! It's one of my favorites. The table has fantastic detail as well as instead of the customary center leaf it has multiple leaf's to make the table a larger round table....

Can you tell I love furnishings???

Thanks again for the comments.

Nancy,

Thanks for your comments on the sofa - I usually purchase more neutral colours but when I saw this one I had to have it - I also bought the occasional chair for the set not pictures. I loved the blue with the chocolate brown piping detail.

Also, I though I could get away with blue as 80% of people's favorite colour is blue.

Thanks,

Kim
