If it is to be, why not me? Lead the way in 2010

Could there be a better time for people who are willing to do what it takes to make it?  I mean if you can avoid "Stinkin Thinkin" (remember Zig?)"Kick your own butt"(and Floyd in Sweat Hogs) and give yourself a "check up from the neck up" (hourly if needed and are, most of all WILLING TO LEARN WHAT IS NEW TODAY AND ARE LEARNING BASED, my money is on you to be successful. But what about the ones starting in the business now? Hey, don't tell them, they don't know and the more about what used to be they don't know the better.  As I watch the 8 or 10 newbies in our office, people who are hungry, excited and are doing what newbies do like, take floor time, work with buyers, hold open houses for anyone who will let them, join groups to get leads, show up for work at 8 am and stay late. And then people who have "been around and know the ropes" are amazed that these people are writing offers and getting to closings. Wow. It is a great time to "re-engineer your thinking" and shed the things that are not working and get to where the action is. If you have been around for awhile, you can do it. Really, "if it is to be, why not me?" hey that is Gary Keller's Line.

The time to crank it up is when you are down in the market.  If the market kicks in you are out front.
