Thankful Thursday - I am So Thankful for My Clients!
I have the best clients in the whole world - bar none.
When someone calls me about the possibility of listing their home, I schedule a meeting. It accomplishes several things:
- The seller can decide if they WANT to work with me.
- I can decide if I WANT to work with the seller.
- I can look at the property and talk about the way that we work and market properties.
- The seller and I both can ask each other questions face to face.
If we both are comfortable working with each other, I take my information and go back to the office to do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). Then I call the seller and we talk about pricing, etc. If they are agreeable with the pricing structure that the CMA indicates, we meet again and sign a listing agreement, schedule photos, etc.
I beleive that taking the time to meet each other without any paperwork or pressure allows both sides to end up with a listing contract with someone that they can trust and can work with. Consequently, I end up with the best clients in the world. I kid you not.
