BPO Madness! =(

So I head out to a small town in Southern Oregon called Shady Cove to do a BPO and it is for a new company that I have yet to do one for so there is a lot of picture taking because I have to get a photo of all the items that are wrong with this home.  Wanting to do a better than great job I scoure the place looking for issues and let me tell you this place was a dive.  All kinds of foundation problems I mean if I put syrup on a plate there wouldn't be any left it would all be on the floor. Needless to say Shady Cove is about 35-40 minutes away for me but at least it is a beautiful drive and I get to see the mighty Rogue River.

I get back to the office and have a couple other BPO's I am working on too so I finish them up, I have a ton of pictures that need to be re-sized as I took a Short Sale listing while I was doing the BPO on this REO Foreclosure.  I put the pictures for the short sale in a folder, same for the REO property, as well as some others on the disk, I copy and paste the folders to my desk top, then I erase them because my disk was full.  Then the MADNESS began I went to submit the pictures to the site so again I can try to be a superstar and get it done in the same day but there were no pictures to be found.  My heart began to flutter as I realized I accidentally erased them without copying them to my desk top.  I had all the other folders but that one slipped through the cracks.   GGGGRRRRRRRR!  Never have done that before and I am sure I never will again, this one is bad because I have a busy day and have to drive all the way out there again this morning which I live even further away.

We live and we learn don't we?

Anyone else have Madness Story's?  I want to make sure I am not alone!  =)
