Basking Ridge Patch and local real estate information

About three months ago I got a terrific email.  It was from someone who I had never heard from named Nathan Susanj; he is the editor of The Basking Ridge Patch - a hyperlocal internet news site.  He said he had been reading my blog, liked my style and wanted me to write about local real estate for the new Basking Ridge Patch.  Of course, I said yes!  So, I'm now a regular contributer.  Pretty cool, huh?  Check out my most recent article here at Patch.
