Kerrigan Ranch Jan. 2010 Market Report Are we seeing a different trend in the Kerrigan Ranch community? We've seen plenty of distressed sales in the Kerrigan Ranch community... However, there seems to be slight change in today's market place. There are total of 7 Active homes available in the Kerrigan Ranch community which are all normal sales. This means no bank owned or short sales homes on the market at this time. However, out of the total 3 homes in escrow, only one is short sale home. For the month of Jan. 2010, 3 homes closed in Kerrigan Ranch. Two homes were short sales. Looks like we're seeing a new trend in the real estate market... What do you think?
