Most of the time people grow up in a town, get married, move out and sometimes go back and visit. There's others who grow up, move on, move out and never look back... but who says you can't go home?
Even though I was born and raised in Belleville, New Jersey, (the picture above is the street view of where I grew up) I haven't lived there in over 11 years but nothing can cut my Belleville roots.
My parents still living in my Belleville childhood home, my husband's parents still living in his childhood home in the neighboring town of Bloomfield and friends living in neighboring Nutley, once married, we decided we would move to the far northwestern region of Essex County, West Essex.
Still residing in Essex County, I thought living and working in West Essex, I would focus on West Essex Real Estate. Although I do market myself to the West Essex Communities, I always find myself listing, selling and showing homes in the trio of my hometowns, Belleville, Bloomfield and Nutley. Funny to think growing up neighboring towns of Bloomfield and Nutley were Belleville's biggest rivals.
Belleville, New Jersey......Its where I was born, its where my childhood memories are, its where my parents live, Belleville will always be home to me. Who says you can't go home?
I love living in Fairfield, New Jersey but who says I can't go home to Belleville?
