1709 Marlin Way is one of the newest Newport Beach homes that is for sale. It is located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Newport Beach in theBaycrest/Dover Shores area. This neighborhood was built in the late 50's and early 60's. Since then many of the homes have been renovated extensively or completely torn down and rebuilt, but also many of the homes are still in original condition. This is one of the many special characteristics of this eclectic area. There is so much charm! You can describe a home to visitors and they will easily find it because it wont look like all the others on the block. Don't get me wrong I love new homes and new neighborhoods, but this is the charm that is so appealing to many looking to buy in Baycrest.
Take a look at 1709 Marlin, this homes was built in 1958. Since then it has been renovated and it is a tropical paradise. One of my favorite features of this home is this incredible backyard, you never want to leave.
