One more good thing about this website....
I have been getting more calls from Hard money lenders that I didn't even know excisted, and they are comming up with some real creative ways of lending money, mostly for Commercial loans but some have been with personal lenders that are looking to do a few deals. I am always willing to learn some new stuff and that is mostly why I blog here. If anyone knows of some lenders that do some odd things, I would like to know. Pre 76 Mobiles are not really odd, but a pre 76 in a mobile home court would be pretty difficult.
