I wish Active Rain would or could screen out comments that are completely off the mark. Like information that is incorrect, wrong and can be harmfully misleading....
What do I mean? I mean that people that are not in the business should not give out information as though they know what they are talking about and don't. Realtors are Realtors...Mortgage Broker are Mortgage Brokers!
