Interest Rates

Can we time the interest rate market? I have observed the real estate market over the years, some clients hold back purchasing a home thinking this can be done.  They sometimes miss the home that would really suit their needs. The belief that they can either time the housing market for price or interest rates has them failing to pull the trigger and keep on looking. Today with the many types of mortgages available to the consumer you don't have to wait. I love interest only rates for the young buyer whose income is on the rise.   The article written in Real Estate Insiders makes the point that predictions are only good if we have a crystal ball!
