Open Houses in North Forest Beach, Hilton Head Island, SC
There's a buzz in the North Forest Beachneighborhood! Open Houses happening all over our community Sunday, February 28. There are so many great buys and in our little beach-side neighborhood. I can tell you from personal experience....."it don't get much better than this"! You see I live in North Forest Beach and have done so for nearly 10 years. 
Imagine waking up on a lazy Saturday morning, the aroma of fresh brewed coffee in the air from your just poured cup of Joe. You throw on your shorts and head a few blocks to the beautiful North Forest Beach. The sun is just now peeking over the horizon. Just so happens your timing is still very good. North Forest Beach is on SALE! Get her while you can! Rates continue to remain at near historical lows. Although don't rest on your laurels too long as the Fed has a surprise in store. When they discontinue to purchase Mortgage Back Securities (MBS) these really great rates will disappear. Question is how much and how soon will they rise? Who knows. Many Economists say not to far in the distant future and perhaps as much as .50% to 1%. So the moral here.....you can qualify for more dream house with the lower rates!
Its time to BUY in North Forest Beach! Where else can you drive your golf cart with your family and your dog to Coligny in the morning and have breakfast at Skillets! One of our favorites with our little boy who is now 5. It is legal by the way to drive the cart as long as you have a drivers license and you are within a 2 mile radius. Riding around the neighborhood after breakfast is a favorite weekend morning ritual......saying "hey" to all our local friendly neighbors, transplanted friends and tourists. People from all walks of life one can meet our quiet piece of paradise, North Forest Beach.
Did I mention riding our bikes from North Forest Beach to South Beach or taking the bike paths and riding down to South Forest Beach and making the loop back. And the Tiki Hut is a must stop......all kinds of entertainment happening there. The new beautiful park and entry is awesome. The kids love the fountain and its just as much fun to watch the joy on their faces as they dodge the water and laugh with other children ...........all walks of life. How cool is that! What ever happened to the North Forest Beach chickens?
