Shoot! I'm out of town, but I was so excited about this year's theme. I understand that the tour this year features homes built green and from sustainable materials, which is right up my alley!

Melissa,

My most trusted friend in the Seattle area (other than that man of mine) said that she was disappointed with the offerings this year. Homes were small and evidently not as grand. This is because of their emphasis on green building prodcuts/sustainable living. LOL!!! A perfect example of two different views... I'm a huge advocate of sustainable living/eco-friendly building products. My friend likes large manses.. Although size is compromised, I suspect quality is not. Green homes tend to have a flair for architectural bravery... Evidently there was one superb modern home she just loved...

I have my own remedy for missing the tour. Those unsold I plan on previewing when I get in the area. If you miss it, you can join me...
