Is FMLS in Georgia Worth The Money?
Our gang of Keller Williams Realty Lake Oconee agents want to know if the Realtors in the Atlanta area feel like joining FMLS is worth it? We are already members of GAMLS (Hate it) and our local Lake Country Board Of Realtors MLS. I would appreciate any of your opinions. Thanks!
We just recently had an office meeting about whether or not FMLS was worth it up here in the North Georgia mountains, where we are already members of the Northeast GA MLS. There were differing opinions - some felt that the FMLS was indespensible for reaching Atlanta agents (since a large percentage of our customers come from ATL). Other agents felt that they get nothing from it...and have been caught by FMLS fees unawares.
Personally, I could live without it.
