As you may know from previous posts I have a certain affection and love for Ronkonkoma. That's because I live in the Lakeland area of Ronkonkoma, the area that borders Connetquot State Park. I feel it is the gem of all the Ronkonkoma's and truly love the life here in the hamlet of the Ronkonkoma's.
Anyway,...getting back to my main premise for writing this post is, I love to show and sell properties in and around where I live... cause I know it best and I feel it's my duty as a Realtor in my community to be recognized as a community builder.
....With that said, I'd like to tell you about two communities in Ronkonkoma that are affordable condo communities. Both are a little older then most but are communities that are well maintained and very lovely.
The Nob Hills of Ronkonkoma. Nob Hill South and Nob Hill North, both these communities are centrally located and have all the amenities even the most meticulous buyer would love. This is affordable condo living at it's best! Although, "Nob Hill South does not have the gated 24hr security. Nob Hill North does have the 24hr gated security.
Both Nob Hill North and South include 1 and 2 bedroom condos for sale, prices are in the Low 200's to median 200's depending on the amenities. (Sales may be subject to terms and conditions of an offering plan)
If your looking in this viscinity of the Ronkonkoma's be sure to check them out, as I've said before even though they are older communities they both have grounds that are well maintained and are quite lovely.
It's the condo life style meets affordability!
