I was looking through my past posts and came upon this "Tell Me One Word That You Think Best Describes 2008". Can you remember 2008? Has to much happened since then that it has become a blur? It was fun going back to read what we thought about 2008.

When I was reading through the post I thought we were discussing 2009 seeing we are in 2010. Let's see what we thought of 2009 and compare. Has anything changed? Do you think it is better?

There are so many words that to come to mind when I think of 2009 that I think it will be a challenge to pin point it to one.

Here is my word: Relentless

Last time the post was members only but this time I would like to here from everyone.  If you are not a member of our great network sorry you won't be able to read the words for 2008. However next year you will.

Looking forward to hearing what everyone thinks.

The word that best describes 2009?  Easy!  Now that the new RESPA laws are in effect it's even more difficult scheduling closings in a timely manner - especially FHA.
