After all, here in Rock Hill, South Carolina the weather is perfect. 70 plus degrees outside, bright sunshine, blue skies, and as a bonus, today is my birthday. The only blemish on this otherwise perfect day is the pollen that is beginning to float around. But that is OK - pollen means that our beautiful trees, grass, and flowers are preparing to put on their spring show.
The Piedmont of North and South Carolina is a great place to be in the spring. The neighborhoods are beginning to come alive with folks out and about walking, biking, running and socializing. The Winthrop Eagles baseball and softball teams are in full swing - there is just something about the sound of a base hit this time of year.
So what is the point of all this - if you live here, you are fortunate. You get to enjoy four full seasons every year, and none of them are extreme; towns with a great sense of community; good schools; and convenience to travel. If you do not live but are considering a move, you may well want to consider us. There are many, many homes on the market right now so come take a look around. You have some time before the home-buyer tax credit deadline expires so use it exploring the wonderful real estate opportunities that I can assist you with.
