I am so excited! Yesterday I went live with my new mobile real estate application for cell phones! This cutting edge technology powered by Smarter Agent allows consumers to view all MLS listings anytime, anywhere from the convenience of any standard cell phone or smartphone including the iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and Palm. Users can search for properties based on their GPS location, address, city or zip code. The application displays detailed property information, including price, beds/baths, taxes, estimated mortgage, features, maps, photos and more! When the user is ready to see a property, the "Call to See" feature connects them directly to ME!
I think this is going to be a very successful marketing campaign as I am providing an awesome application to my sphere of influence for FREE and the application allows users to search the MLS easily from the conveniece of their phones. The GPS functionality of this app is amazing! With the click of a button you can view all the properties located within close proximity of your current location. This is perfect because it allows users to drive around and when they see a house they like all they have to do is turn on the app, search by location, and wa-bam, all info about the property is right in their hand! If the client wants to view the property they can hit the "call for more info" button and they will be directly connected to me and I can set up a viewing or provide additional information about the property or others in the area. Did I mention I am super excited about this!
The application is completely branded and the potential is unlimited making this a win/win situation for me. The biggest challenge is getting people to download the application which is super easy, all you have to do is text TAHOERE to 87778 and you will receive a link to download the application. Once downloaded you can start viewing all listings in North Lake Tahoe and Truckee. I am hopeful that this application will help boost me to the next level and separate me from the rest of the pack.
