Many Dallas home buyers are interested in purchasing a home in the North Dallas Neighborhood of Preston Hollow. The area of Preston Hollow is loosely defined as the area south of Royal Lane and north of Northwest Highway (Loop 12), and west of North Central Expressways (US 75) and east of Midway Road. Kelsey Square is a quiet neighborhood in Preston Hollowlocated south of Royal Lane, North of Walnut Hill Lane and east of Strait Lane. Many homes have a swimming pool and a few have a tennis court. The beautiful trees, curved streets, and mix of architectural styles add to the charm of this neighborhood.
On a beautiful Texas day you may see people jogging, children playing, bike riders and even an occasional horseback rider, from an adjacent neighborhood.
