So in the past couple of days I have talked to a couple of past clients that have flipped houses and they are ready to start doing it again. There are a number of bank owned homes that are priced low and need fixing. So I stocked up on handy-wipes in my purse again and am back on the hunt for yucky houses.
I am sure there are other parts of the country that this has been happening and some that this still have yet to happen. I just know its a good sign.
