Spring is one of the best times to look for your building or recreational parcel.  If you are looking at 5 acres or more, you can see through the trees and tell what the landscape is like.

You can see the minor low spots that hold water during the spring and or heavy rains.  Come mid may, under brush and other vegitation will hide these spots.

You can see easily how mature the wooded acreage is and the type of trees that are there.  You can also health of the wooded area.  Are there a lot of dead trees standing.

Is there a good building site and how about a slope for a walk out basement.

For the buyers looking at using the land for recreation, ie; hunting, 4 wheeling ect...Now is a great time to see what he wildlife trails are like.  Deer hunters can see the potential for Big Bucks.

I could go on and on.  This window is small and I still have a few parcels that will consider a C-4-Deed.

Spring is coming early, so click on my contact info and let's get started!

Bill...

I looked at some good hunting land today. We found 4 or 5 old deer stands!

Before you know it the brush will start growing away and hiding some of the things that will be obvious at that moment.

This is a great time to check out land.  NO Minnesota Bird!   You can see a lot of the area yet.

Time is a wasting.  Low 80's today and trees are budding.  Won't be long until you won't see 5 feet in front of you!
