DAY 4   Panhandle Plains Historical Museum   Texas' Largest History Museum!  (A fact I was not aware of)

In an effort to try to make every post relevant and informative I'm scouring all the sources available to try to recommend things that would have an impact in a positive way, on your lives!  I know, not everybody loves history, but everybody gains by knowing history (so often so that we don't repeat it!).

This link http://www.panhandleplains.org/  will take you directly to their website for tour times and all the great things that are available.  Not only that, but if you wish to donate to the museum there is a link on this site that allows you to do so online!

You don't have to be a school age kid to enjoy the museum! Even us old crotchety adults can enjoy all they have to offer!  If you're looking for something to do in Amarillo, Texas, this is certainly one of the highlights with a touch of culture!!

Ok, so far we've suggested some pretty well known things in and around Amarillo, which is great for those who really don't know the area.  Maybe you just moved in or are thinking about moving to Amarillo.  These things should be helpful for you!  For those of you who have been here all your lives, we're working on things that are a bit more obscure!  You'll be getting some of those suggestions some time soon, interspersed with the obvious!

Thanks for joining us!  We're certainly enjoying all of your comments and suggestions!!  Don't hesitate to invite your friends and relatives!  Our facebook page is 365 Things To Do In Amarillo, TX .  Come join us and learn a little more about our great city!!

Till Tomorrow!!
