Richfield, the Urban Hometown – Community Gardens
City of Richfield is able to offer to residents a rental of a garden plot for the season again. The gardens are located at 5844 28th Avenue S, Richfield, MN 55423
There are 180 Richfield garden plots available for rent. They measure 15’x20’ and they have a full sun exposure best plant growing results. The cost is $30 per plot (with a maximum of 4 plots per family). Using these plots for commercial purposes is NOT ALLOWED. There are multiple water spigots located throughout for your convenience.
Registration starts this Saturday, April 10, 2010 for residents of Richfield at 10 am. Non-residents may register next Saturday, April 17, 2010 also at 10 am.
