Last Thursday. after listing a local property for sale in Valparaiso, IN I convinced Jeff we should just stop and get a quick bite to eat in downtown Valpo before our next appointment.
I love the many local independent restaurants to choose from in town, just steps from our F.C. Tucker 1st Team Real Estate office on courthouse square.

The best part about eating out in downtown Valparaiso, IN the 1st Thursday of the month is that several restaurants offer $5.00 menu's!
We enjoyed delicious Gourmet entree's at affordable prices so we even splurged to share one of their yummy desserts....The service at Bon Femme is always friendly too!
If you are considering relocation to the Chicago-land area - Valparaiso, IN is located within commuting distance to the big city by train or tollroad or bus service, yet has a wonderful small community atmosphere with affordable housing, lower property taxes and great schools!
