Today’s Rate Lock Advisory April 8, 2010

Are you considering purchasing or refinancing your home?

LOCK your loan, if closing was taking place within 7-10 days.

Loan must be locked to pull Loan Doc's.

LOCK your loan, if closing was taking place within 11 and 20 days.

FLOAT your loan, if closing was taking place within 21 and 60 days.

FLOAT your interest rate if your loan is closing over 60 days from now.
