I was bound to sell this home! I had actually taken another buyer through it... who loved it... but ended up finding something that suited her just a bit better. So, when I took this client through (who ended up buying it) I could only laugh as I called to let the agent know I was writing an offer. It was meant to be. My buyer is only the 2nd owner of this home... and he got all... and I mean ALL the original paperwork from when it was built back in 1960. Needless to say, I'm amazed by the incredible papertrail some folks are able to keep!
