The following properties were foreclosed upon by their respective lien holders.

  1. 2732 Ainalani drive Pukalani, HI 96768 was foreclosed upon for the sum of $547,397.62
  2. 199 Makaiki Road Molokai, Hi Kewela plantations were foreclosed upon for the sum of $126,000.00 Good Deal 4 bedrooms 2 bath 2 acres on Molokai.
  3. 15 Apuhihi llane apt 15B Kihei, HI 96753 Villas at Kenolio was foreclosed upon for the sum of $270,000.00
  4. 44 Kanani Road apt 4-201 Kihei, HI 96752 Hale Kanani was foreclosed upon for the sum of $195,935.79 and purchased by the public. Good Deal!~!
  5. 3240 Waileia Place Kihei, HI 96753 Maui Meadows was foreclosed upon for the sum of $1,239,943.08

 

It is my further observations to include that multiple new pre foreclosure have been identified almost 300 according to new sources. In my opinion there is most likely another 600 that have went unreported. Foreclosures are not slowing down in the county of Maui or the state of Hawaii.
