Be sure that your 1st Time Home-buyers are educated about the requirements to buy before you write up that offer. Make sure that they have been pre-qualified by a preferred lender and that their income and assets have been VERIFIED by the loan officer. When I say VERIFIED I mean VERIFIEDwith actual Tax Returns, W2's, Pay stubs and Assets Statements. We don't want to provide your buyer with a pre-qualification letter without seeing and analyzing their documentation - know your buyer and their situation.
