Lawn Guy.... saved the day!

By
Real Estate Agent with North Kansas City Real Estate, Reece and Nichols Residential

I have this wonderful new lawn guy, Ben with Ryan Lawn and Tree.

I used Ryan at our previous home and I've always been extremely satisfied with the quality of their lawn care.  If you have a question you can call and ask or if something is sprouting up and you want it taken care of they can usually be there by the next day!

So of course when we moved I called them out within the first week.

With new sod you need to care for it and especially since where our subdivision is use to be farm land.... you never know what's going to crop up.

This week I noticed some odd grass popping up and growing taller than my normal grass.  I call and Ben was quick to get to my needs.

He came out and sprayed this "farm grass" and assured me that it would be mostly gone by next year, and totally gone when the lot next to us is sodded.

I love their quick response, friendly attitude and I would say that they are fair in the prices they charge.

Ryan Lawn and Tree started in 1987 and their one master goal is Customer Service!  Since that's one of my goals while doing Kansas City Real Estate, I appreciate their commitment to my satisfaction!

When they say that working with them is a positive experience, they mean it!

Fran, it is hard to find good people that you can trust to not only get the job done, but to also respond quickly when you need them.  When you find someone like that you hang on to them.
