Round Lake market stats aren't looking good for the sellers of the Prairie Pointe and Valley Lakes subdivisions. There are currently 42 properties for sale, an additional 19 that are under contract. Most of the homes currently pending sale are short sales or foreclosures. The last month 3 homes sold. Of these homes that sold 2 were foreclosures and 1 was a short sale. I live in this area and am very familar with the prices. It appears that houses are selling close to the prices from 2002.
For all of Round Lake there are 359 home currently for sale averaging 209 days on the market. The current inventory represents a 6.47 months supply of homes.
The average sold price was $172,500.
