It is the only single family home community with a 24 hour manned security gate on the Key. Membership in the Sanderling Club has many benefits, including deeded gulf access and usage of the clubs cabanas. The community has deep water docks and tennis. Membership in the Club is mandatory, but when you own a piece of Sarasota real estate history, it is worth it!
