How Bad Do You Want It?

To Thine Own Self Be True....translation- don't kid yourself-get real and get honest.

What is the difference between the guy on the stage selling the $3000-$5000-$20,000 coaching packages and you?

DESIRE-

Yes, that guy or gal had enough desire to propel themselves forward to continue day after day putting one foot in front of the other doing what ever it takes to accomplish their goals. They took the tools that they bought, borrowed, stole and implemented them and honed their skills like the master works his craft.

They did this most likely at the expense of being kept current of the latest episodes of reality TV. I imagine that most of them were up with the robins and went to sleep in the middle of the night because they invested their spare in themselves learning and working on their craft.

How bad do you want success?

I've had my share of successes in this business. Agents would ask how did you accomplish it? How did you sell so many houses in a year? I would tell them...every last deep dark secret of how it was done. I would give them books and notes to borrow from conferences...in essence, the keys to the kingdom.

As I would talk and tell them I would watch their eyes glaze over, they would soon change the subject and head out the door with apologies.

Pretty amazing, at the time I was in a Re/Max office with over 100 agents and really had no competition. They had the same information that I had, I even gave it to them, but what was missing?

DESIRE-

Do you desire to be a top producer? Do you desire the satisfaction of knowing that you are growing professionally, that you are accomplishing things that you never thought possible because you stretched and then stretched some more?

So it is time to get honest with yourself. There is no room for excuses, only time for looking deep inside yourself and asking...."How Bad Do I Want It?" I can teach you the skills, the techniques, the systems, I will give you the keys to the kingdom....but I can't give you.....
