Hosting and event (with free Cocktails :-) for Real Estate and Bankruptcy Attorney's
As most of you know...there has been a shift in the Real Estate market (as we all seen with the Real Estate prices going down....all though it has been slowly increase in some parts of the country). The shift I am referring to is the increasing amount of foreclosures and short sales out on the market. Most would agree...they are long, time consuming, and frustrating deals to complete.
And the overall consensus....most Real Estate agents dread showing buyers homes that are short sales because of the length of time it takes to complete the transaction. Plus, you are totally depended on the sellers Real Estate agent (and attorney) of knowing (or not knowing) how and what information is required for the bank to move forward and complete the short sale.....let alone TRY to negotiate the deal.
Additionally, the Real Estate Attorney needs to know the process and the required documents the banks need (which is a time consuming process). Let's face it....you (the attorney) spend a lot of time and work your but off on an underpaid file....only to find out the prospective buyer has walked.....hhmm what a bummmmmerrrr.
Would it be great to have a process or someone to complete the transaction without all that hassle??? (Boy...it almost seems like the start of an infomercial :-)) But its not, Sorry :-(
