Robert in our area insurance is becoming a big issue. A major provider is raising the costs as much as 70% causing many people to face loosing insurance or facing higher monthly costs. On the plus side awareness to get insurance binders early now is up especially in hurricane season. More people are following hurricane preparedness guidelines too. Only this week we had all the large trees trimmed that could have been major issues should we have another big storm. The new buildings are having to meet stricter codes even pool screens are required not to met tougher guidelines.
