On June 3rd, Max Gordon, a four year old little boy, was changing out a DVD for he and his brother when he lost his balance and the T.V. fell on top of him. Tragically, the T.V. fell on Max's head and he was unable to survive the severe damages to his brain.

Friends of Max's mom  want desperately to help her through this difficult time. Max was a student at  Blue Valley Montessori, as was his five year old brother. Max's mom is a single parent and self employeed. A memorial fund has been established in Max's name and would be grateful for any donations it receives.

During this difficult time we all ask that everyone keep this family in your thoughts and prayers. No parents should ever have to lose their child. More than anything, we would like to help Max's mom through this unimaginable tragedy by lifting some of the financial burden's she is sure to encounter.
Max is a hero now and has 12 viable organs that his family will be able to donate to other children and babies in need. As stated by his mom, "Max always wanted to be a superhero and now he is".
Please hold this family in your heart.
Thank you.

From the Max Gordon Memorial Fund

Max Gordon was a class mate with my daughter, Kate. Kate enjoyed Max very much. There were two Max's in the small class, Max Gordon and Max X. So Max was always Max Gordon to Kate. We would hear about how Max Gordon did this, and Max Gordon did that at dinner time. Max is missed very much.

Thank you to Mrs. Dena Rutter at Blue Valley Montessori for getting this fund set up.

Dear ActiveRainers - If you can, please repost this so that we fill the world with bits and bytes about Max Gordon. Let us be the Perry White (published Superman) and J. Jonah Jamison's (published Spiderman) about publishing Max's good work as a super hero.
