Even though I have lived here for 20 years, sometimes I feel like an infant to the area. Yesterday I discovered a great information source for Lake Travis Austin TX called, LakeTravisTV.com. It is an online television station created to help Lakeway residents (past, current and future) stay connected to the community.
I heard about Lake Travis TV from Judd Brook, Sales Team Leader, for Rough Hollow Lakeway. We were visting and he mentioned the LakeTravisTV a number of times. Now I don't know about you, but the name "Lake Travis TV" didn't sound very interesting to me. It conjured up memories of home movies my dad used to take when we were kids.
So after my meeting with Judd, I went to home and googled LakeTravisTV and was pleasantly surprised! Not only was it fun and interesting to watch, but the Channel clips were the prefect length and really seemed to bring the flavor of Lake Travis living to life.

Lake Travis TV’s mission is to cover and promote local businesses and events that are significant to the Lake Travis community. By having strategic partners and governmental relationships, Lake Travis TV will be a portal to what is happening right here in the Lake Travis area.
