Steiner Ranch’s 3rd Annual Concert in the Park 2010 will be held on Saturday, August 21st at Towne Square. SEE LAST YEAR'S VIDEO BELOW. This is an event featuring live music, food from local restaurants, and fun activities for all ages. Local businesses and other organizations work together to organize and host the concert which runs from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. This year, the event is very fortunate to have the Steiner Ranch Homeowners Association as its major sponsor. Bartlett Real Estate Group of Keller Williams is proud to continute to support Concert in the Park as one of the founding participants and will be serving ice cream with "Cups and Cones"
The featured band for this year’s concert is Red Alert, an ‘80s cover band that’s become a favorite around Central Texas. Additional performances will be given by selected 26-MUSIC Rock Camp students and the Vandegrift High School Viper Marching Band under the direction of Jeremy Spicer.
Like last year, there will be a focus on giving to a local organization in need with this year’s designee being the Capital Area Food Bank. Attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item to help local families in need throughout the greater Austin metropolitan area through an area Keller Williams real estate agent. For even more or additional convenient service, local Keller Williams Realty agents will also be collecting food for the Capital Area Food Bank at our area neighbor's door steps in October.
