New listings and price reductions include properties in Ocean Hammock, Hammock Dunes, Hammock Beach, Cinnamon Beach, Flagler Beach, Saltwater Canals, and Ocean View properties. This Palm Coast Real Estate market report includes 19 new listings, 23 price reductions, and 9 just solds, 5 Properties that were pending and under contract and fell through came back on the market for sale.

The Palm Coast Properties that Caught My Eye Today

Today I chose to focus on some just sold properties for the month of May.  Every month, I like to see what the top three most expensive homes that sold.  May was interesting…the homes were luxury homes but at not so luxury prices….crazy to see now what your money can buy in Palm Coat Real Estate.  High End exclusive gated communities like, Hammock Dunes, Grand Haven, Palm Coast Plantation, Ocean Hammock, the Saltwater Canals and Cinnamon Beach, that many thought back during the boom were out of their reach and buying power forever, are now being handsomely rewarded for their patience….some properties are selling for 80% less than just 5 years ago and are now very affordable. Some luxury homes are even being sold as bank owned foreclosures.
