Average market time in Seven Bar Ranch was greatly reduced this year, putting an end to the strong upward trend in days on the market. Homes in Seven Bar ranch averaged 71 days on the market this May.
Average price per square foot in Seven bar Ranch was down sharply. This graph illustrates the continuing downward trend in home prices in Seven Bar Ranch over the last 5 years.

Total sales were up but average sales prices were down in May when compared to last year. The first time home buyer tax credit has had some effect in stimulating sales, but not enough to keep prices up.
