Utah County Market Statistics, Days on Market, Average Pricing, Units Sold. 

 While looking at the charts I found the average prices in Utah Co prices have been dropping steadily.....still.  May of 2010 is lower than 2009.  The drop looks steep in comparison to what Salt Lake County is going thru.  On a brighter note the number of  units sold are going up and days on market are improving.  Every area is so different, you can see why it is so important to hire a professional when it comes to buying or selling a home.  You can't count on the news' generalizations.  Each and every market is different and needs to be treated as such.
