Land Moving Again in Gettysburg, PA

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Keystone Realty RS294813

Interest in raw land has seemingly increased over the past few months.  There are currently 15 pending land sales and 25 that have already settled in Gettysburg, PA.

2009 Land volume was 87 for the year, so we are running at about the same volume as last year, but the inquires seem to be increasing.  However buyers are being extremely selective and price has certainly played a roll in their selections.

If you're considering purchasing land in Gettysburg, Pa note that some sellers have been willing to negotiate a bit more than they would have in the past.  Now is the time to take advantage of some of the land bargains on the market.

A few examples of what is on the market:

71 Acres for $499,956

116 Acres for $500,000

64 Acres for $399,500

30 Acres for $399,000

60 Acres for $330,000

If any of these parcel perk you interest give me a call.

I'm working on my third at the moment.  Two of them settle next week.  I'm glad to see land is moving.

Wow, those numbers are different.  71 and 116 at about the same price and 64 and 30 at also the same prices...can you explain...are some of them fruit farms?  How do those prices work?

Just curious...Mom

Great to hear you are selling two of them...

School district, perc approval, location, motivation are probably the biggest factors.  If I sent you the listings it would make sense.
