According to the mls search on my website there are currently 295 homes on the market today but what really surprised me is that 107 of these homes for sale in Lake Mary Florida are bank owned | foreclosures | pre-foreclosures and REO's. That means close to 1 out of 3 homes but more like 1 out of 2.75 are either a short sale | foreclosure | REO | or bank owed based on numbers from my mls feed. That is not whats so enlightening.
The Luxury Real Estate Market In Lake Mary Florida is Very Affordable!
The Lake Mary Luxury real estate market has been impacted and it appears that there is limited inventory on the market for luxury homes as there are currently only 4 homes on the market today that are over $1 million dollars. You can very well purchase a luxury home for under a mill.
