Within the next few months or possibly at most, the next year, I will need to sell my father's home a block from the Indian River in Broadview Manor. Now, he and I have an agreement. if you call him cold you are out. But if you email me and talk to me first I will be willing to discuss offering you this listing with a referral fee. This is the home I grew up in so it does have some sentimental value. I realize where the Florida real estate market is so don't be discouraged by the fact that I am 840 miles away. New agents are encouraged to apply. Keep in mind this listing may be a year from now or next week, it all depends on Dad's status.
