What a wonderful boater friendly community to live in; THE SHORES OF POKER FLAT, better known as Poker Flat Subdivision. If you have been there before, you know what I mean. If you have not, let me enlighten you.
There are many subdivisions in Copperopolis, CA. Poker Flat is truly a gem. It is located on the NORTH SHORE of BEAUTIFUL LAKE TULLOCH. This community is approximatley 35 years old. It has approximatley 577 properties total, developed and undeveloped. The properties consist of waterfronts, view properties and no views.
The uniqueness of this community is that it OFFERS many common areas such as park parcels, dock parcels, a private boat launch, a community center, private mailboxes, security patrol and it is gated. It is the only subdivision in our area that you can actually rent a boat slip on an annual basis. However; you must sign up on a waiting list.
The homeowners within this community have a lot of fun. Many of them own golf carts and enjoy the common areas or visit their friends by golf cart. Many homeowners own pontoon boats or ski boats. You can dine by boat at three different locations on the lake or take your own picnic on the lake or even bar-b-q on your own private pontoon boat. Better yet, visit your friends by boat.

This is also a great place to visit or live if you are a fisher person. Catch trout, crappie, bass, catfish and crawdads in Lake Tulloch. YUM...YUM!!!
