It's not often that you can get something for nothing, these days. However, through the Lowe's Realtor Benefits program, Realtors can get just that. With just a few clicks, Realtors can sign up for tips, tools and marketing pieces.

It's actually a great program and clever on Lowe's part. Buy a home and where do you generally go? Lowe's or Home Depot. Both of them generally send coupons to new homeowners after the homeowner moves in.. generally long after all of the shopping has been done.

Lowe's has provided a program to get the jump start on that shopping...

I also love this program. All my buyers and sellers get something from lowe's. I also love the monthly tips they send out to me. I usually send out blast emails after I get them.

Yes, I've used this for about 2 years now. You can send discount coupons to your clients that has all your info on. It's a nice marketing touch for free. Realtors can also get discount gift cards and discount on certain items for themselves.
