Thank You Dell Techies!

I woke on Thursday morning not knowing how miserable life can be without my computer.  By 9:00 am, I was fully aware of just how dependent I am on the computer, both work like and real life! 

Yuck!!!!    My computer was attacked --------------------------- by a very nasty and ugly virus!!!!

This particular bug attacked the windows system, so I had the dreaded BLUE SCREEN!!

Of course I was in full panic mode since I could not even remember the last time I backed up!

Thankfully the Dell Technician was not only able to remove this horrific virus, they also saved my files!!!! 

Yahoo!

I spent 8 hours on the phone with Dell on Thursday., 6 hours with Dell on Friday and 2 hours on Saturday.

And the two things that I learned the most from all of this:

1.)  Make sure you purchase an external hard drive and back up!!!

2.)  The warranty program at Dell is awesome!!!!!

And to all of you hackers, virus makers, spy people and the lot -  GO JUMP IN THE LAKE!!!!   Really! Do you not have anything better to do with your brains and talents than this??????
