Christmas week is finally here! The hustle and bustle has risen to fever pitch. The 2009 opening exhibit of the famous Peanuts Christmas Special is actually only the first of a three year arrangement to bring the exhibit to Louisville during the holidays. This year the exhibit will be open until January 4, 2010. So bring the whole family over Christmas break and find out some of the interesting stories behind the 1965 classic television special.
The celebration of America's favorite animated slugger includes actual memorabilia from the animation. Special behind-the- scenes history and even artifacts used in the pro duction will be on display. There will be winter and holiday themed Peanuts strips and hands on arts and crafts for the children too! Of course, they will also be continuously showing the iconic classic throughout the exhibit's run.
