Local Home Builders and Their New Home Communities in Columbia County GA

Augusta GA has some great local builders who have done a lot to give back to their community. Each one has their own strength, but most importantly they use local labor and local supplies which helps support our Augusta GA economy. They may not be as inexpensive as some of the volume builders who have come in from Atlanta, but they certainly provide more value in the long run. One of the main benefits of buying a home from one of these local builders is that they protect property values which in turn helps residents avoid  potential financial disaster when they sell their homes.

In this post, I'd like to highlight some of these Augusta GA builders, as well as the neighborhoods where you can find their new construction. A few, including Collier Construction, also are excellent custom builders so keep them in mind if you have a lot or land that you'd like to build on.  I'm focusing on Columbia County, as there are so many new construction homes  in Columbia County compared to Richmond County. Also, I've seen a lot of interest in new homes in Evans GA. Now, in no particular order:
