100% financing is very popular here in my area with USDA Rural Development. Our Parish was one of the lucky ones who got funds replinshed since we are still rebuilding and recovering from the gulf storms. It is a great loan and buyer can ask seller to pay closing costs, you just have to pick a home in a "qualifying area" I would say that probably 80% of the buyers I work obtain this type of financing. It is a government loan and I hope they do not take it away from us or we don't run out of funds, as I said it is very popular here in Calcasieu Parish
