WHAT'S TAXABLE UNDER THE NEW HST IN BC AND WHAT'S NOT.

What's Taxable with HST

There is a lot of confusion about what's Taxable under the New BC HST.

Resale homes in BC are Not taxable with the New HST..... however New Homes in BC are Taxable.

Here is a list put out by the BC Goverment on What's Taxable and What's Not
